I have been trying to get out of my comfort zone and trying to get more into pen and ink. I got some pen nibs but the last ink well I bought I accidentally got blue ink instead of black. I did still have some black ink but it was a sucky brand that I can't even remember. The ink was sticky in some way and just didn't flow well... even after I watered it down a bunch and it started losing it's opaqueness before it got thinned out enough. Anyway that's why there's a blue tint to this picture.
Apparently I stil didn't have all the things I needed to do a real inking since the correction fluid I have here sucks... it lays on thick and leaves a rough surface that doesn't even match the paper's white. Also it is 9 years old >.>;. Penning over it was horrid and after that one time I used it I decided to try my best to not get anymore mistakes done. There is still a lot of mistakes in the line work and tried my best to do tricks I heard to cover up the mistakes with more ink but I am pretty noobish at real inking at the moment. Sure I can just do some digital inking but I wanna learn the real stuff.
I still like the way the pic came out... except for Tewi's face and the hand on her shoulder but i'll still display it anyway .

Yeah, I hear that. That's why I digitally ink. It's quicker to correct pencil mistakes, and you don't have to fool around with inks or white out.
For those who have many watchers, and for those who dont have many, it is hard to know how one retains that interest as well as receive more. Although it does not affect some deviants, and the tips are generally related to common sense, we hope the article is a worthwhile read and that the majority learn something from reading this.

We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.

And even though I would LOVE to learn how to ink properly, my hands aren't really steady enough for it.
